Shipping Policies
Items may take several days before they are shipped. Often they ship the next day. They are shipped directly by manufacturer-authorized distributors, so sometimes it may take a little longer and we won't have the opportunity to speed things up. You will receive immediate notice when your item is shipped, plus, whenever possible, a tracking number. In case an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, you will have the option to of a refund, or wait for the item to be back in stock.
Return Policy
We will, of course, replace items that arrive damaged. Please, in that case, contact us as fast as possible and at the latest within 7 days of item arrival. We will then advise you on what to do. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can also contact us. Usually, we will accept unused returns within 30 days upon receipt, but the shipping costs will be your responsibility and a re-stocking fee of 25% will apply. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so please just contact us if you experience any problems.
